Published in 2008, the book covers the history of A Bathing Ape spanning from 1993 to the present day. It contains an interview with Nigo himself, a look back at early collaborations from Pepsi to Eames, as well as creations of sub labels; Bapy, Very Ape (with Gimme5) and Bape kids. The book also has an abundance of photo shoots and store photos from around the world, including food snaps from the Bape Cafes – a must have for all fanatics.

Received this oiled leather wallet today courtesy of Stef. It will make a welcome change from the elk leather one currently being used, that has aged nicely over the past three years and has developed a rather lovely patina. The new wallet is made from vegetable tanned cowhide which has been treated with oil. Not only does this supplement the natural oils remaining in the leather, it makes the leather more supple and also improves it’s water resistance.
